There's plenty of jobs in music (still the real world) that aren't sitting in an orchestra, and all of the experience you list in Derryberry, Alamagordo, and Boston could be in your favor. As far a s jobs outside of music, some places find the dedication and commitment shown by musicians (or music students) to be a plus, and they are willing to train a musician to do a non-musical job. Of course, some employers won't care at all...QRS Realty will still want you to have a realtor's license.
