Wait, I got wrapped up in something that wasn't clear in your post: is it a quart-valve (actually putting a C trombone in Ab) or does it really put the instrument in Gb?
If it does put the instrument in gb, then I was wrong about the f#; it's 1st, no trigger. If it actually puts the instrument in A, then I had the F# and C# both wrong: they are 4th + trigger.
