As I understand it, they are made by Amati in a facility in Germany. This is what Roger told me. There is no conspiracy. :) If you are truly interested, call and ask as many questions as you feel you need to ask. He a good guy and will answer to the best of his ability (he always has with me!).

He's doing us a favor by asking if there is interest so that he can make a case to "the powers that be" at Brasswind to facilitate the sale of these at a really good price (yes he told me the price, call and ask him if you really want to know).

As I see it, he's helping two sets of folks, tubist who know CC fingerings that want to play some euph (excerpts, etc) and the distributor here in the states that suddenly has found himself with some pretty rare birds to sell.

These may turn out to be cool little horns!
