I tried out the Besson CC did not care for it that much. It lacked color and center for my preference. I own a the Rudy piston and like it a lot. It's definitely got the Rudy color and good center, closer to rotary horns. It's stuffy in the lower end but it really doesn't take that much time to get used to it. It has that beef in the lower end that I rarely find in piston horns, where the Besson has that easy lower end but splits easier. I purchased a Dillon M1C and it really opened up the lower end as well as resonate the horn more. Great combination.

Both are similar in size. I would say that the Besson CC would be similar to a Willson. I know that Sam Pilafian likes the Besson, but it's all a matter of preference. I would definitely recommend the Rudy. They have some at Brasswind and Roger Lewis will help you out. He's a great salesman. And I think it's cheaper to get the Rudy 4345 piston.
