A little less than an hour was about how long I was able to avoid playing on such an inviting, shiny silver instrument.
One of the good things about getting your grubby little hands all over the horn again is that you may be inclined to clean/polish it on a more regular basis, perhaps resulting in superior performance of the valves and slides. Or, mayhap I'm just searching for justification for being shallow and revelling in the appearance of my horn.
