I bought a St. Petersburg 202 a little over a year ago. The horn plays really well. It plays in tune and has a great sound. It does have some major drawbacks, though. The main problem is the metal is very thin and dents easily. Although the nickel silver finish is beautiful, I have to constantly wipe the fingerprints off the horn, or else they will tarnish the finish. I've tried to polish it, but it doesn't seem to help. I've played a Miraphone before, but I liked the St. Petersburg's sound a little better. I was impressed with how sturdy and well-built the Miraphone was but I couldn't find any that I could afford. My horn is still in great shape, but it hasn't gone through the rigors of college. It would be wise to shop around and find a good durable horn that has a sound that you like.
