I ship alot of tubas & sousaphones,I build a wooden box out of plywood,&drywall screws, Then take it to the Bus station,You can ship up to a 100LBS.The box can be up to or samller then 24"X53"X74"or 33"X33"X48",It will cost about $60.00 ,You will have to pick it up at the Bus station, Build a nice box you can uses it everytime you take a trip.Or a Coffee table when your not on the road!
