B&S Perantucci PT-3. 5 rotary valve 4/4 tuba. In great shape, some evidence of frequent use in the time I have had the horn (purchased new June, 1998). Accessories available are wheeled hard case and "Tuba World" Gig bag. Plays great. Questions? Ask!
