Man are you right about that! Nowadays, they sure have that stuff under control. The still-virtually-100%-minority (in many, if not most cities) public schools are now INCREDIBLE institutions of knowledge where the attendees are encouraged by the administration - and each other - to "Be all they can be." I see NOTHING but excellence oozing from these post-1954 monuments of scholarship.
