I used this tuba for a couple of weeks with my brass quintet.
They absolutely LOVED the sound. In fact, they preferred the sound
of that little 6-valve PT-3 to a Mirafone 184 I was also trying out,
but since I was doing the buying I decided to buy the 184.
As far as your comment "must not be all that excellent though to be priced so low"
...would you be more inclined to buy it if it cost 5 grand??
