I have a 2165 which I believe has the same valve set. I've found that the valves are a little on the heavy side. I use Blue Juice to keep them fast. The valves themselves are tall and as I said heavy. I haven't had a problem with them sticking...however I have had a problem with the span of the valves. I have relatively small hands. So I had the thumb ring removed to make it more comfortable. That is my $0.02
