If they're noisy, they're probably also leaky. The procedure is to remove the valve cluster from the horn and send it to a plating outfit like Anderson (probably the best) that will put a fresh layer of nickel on your pistons, hone the casings and lap the pistons to fit. It's not a cheap operation, given the work involved. Expect to spend somewhere around $400 to get the job done through a local repair shop. This might also be a good time o get the rest of the instrument de-dented, etc.
