Believe it or not, after studying with John for 3 years, I've never actually owned a LEGAL copy of Power, however, I believe it's published through Editions BIM (like much of John's stuff, including (hopefully) his upcoming Tuba Concert for Gene, "Journey"). Nonetheless, many times Portland Sheet Music carries Edition BIM's stuff, so you might want to contact David Wood at:
