I have had dealings with the Russian Tuba dealer that "Eric Oliver" was speaking of. He buys the Hirsbrunner bodies, not the whole horns. He then installs valves like on the At Petersburgs and does some sloppy work on the finish. The cases are terrible and he is not the most honest person, he treid to overcharge me by like $1000. Plus, unless you are going to pick it up yourself, with the customs charges and the foriegn shipping is is actually to go to Sumiswald and get the real thing. I wouldn't ever deal with this character again...
