If your horn is like most, it's pretty easy.

Unscrew the rear valve cover from each rotary valve. Assuming that the rear bearing has been put in its factory-set position (usually by aligning both halves of a mark scored in the edge of the casing and the bearing plate itself), you sould be able to determine the correct position by noting that the bearing hub has two marks approximately 90 degrees apart scored on it. You should also see a mark scored on the rotor axle itself. When adjusted correctly, this mark is aligned (points to) one or the other of the marks on the hub when the valve is the normal or depressed state.

Simply trim the bumpers with a very sharp exacto knife until the marks line up in both positions.
