It's time to do a road trip. Go on a vacation to the Bahamas. Forget the tuba have a drink. While drinking, analyze what your muscles are doing to lift the glass to your mouth. Now you have discovered Paralysis by Analysis. You should be thinking about the act of drinking so much you can't lift the glass to your mouth. By now you should have realized nothing is getting done. Go back to playing the tuba and don't over analyze!
