I recently discovered that Cerveny still makes Helicons in BBb, F, and Eb in 3- and 4-valve rotary models. The pictures on the web sites show a distinctly funky, beautiful instrument (except for the oval keys on the rotary valves). Does anyone out there own one of these horns? How are the tone and intonation? does the lack of tight bends in the main tubing affect the tone? What would the U.S. price be?
