If your conversational french is any good, I'd recommend checking out Domaine Forget.
All the classes, and the majority of the other students, will be french, BUT you get to spend two to four weeks studying with Roger Bobo and other greats. The camp is located way up in Northern Quebec, just shy of the Laurentien Moutains... probably the most beautiful area on this continent. Two weeks of the camp will cost you well under $1,000, too. Would be well worth it to enroll in some french courses at your school, or a local community college.
