Although Matt Walters might post on this I thought I might try to inform you. I think that this horn is made from the bell and bottom bow of an old H.N.White Eb. I also believe it is a King 2341 valveset and that Matt Walters made the remaining branches and doglegs himself or possibly "borrowed" them from another horn. This horn is basically a handmade "prototype" for the new Conn 52/56j. The price is a little more than those new Conn's, but well worth it. I have played similar horns with the short action valveset and they are great all around tubas. The picture you have here is not a big horn maybe just a little bigger than a standard 4/4. Hopefully Matt W. will post and give us all a total discription.
