I've owned a 21 and there were some low note response issues and one (oft-played) un-fixable flat note.
I've heard good stuff about the 2P, but the pitch, I've heard, is also squirrely here, but withOUT the unbelievable flatness of one note that is right in the middle of the range of the instrument.
My best experiences trying out 4/4 Hirsb's have been with ROTARY instruments that did NOT have the plastic rotors.
