Having just had a 30 something Mirafone worked on, I must reply. First of all don't let anyone other than a pro work on the horn. I don't know were you are, but be sure to get a recommendation from a professional player in your area. Having found the right person, give the individual sufficient time to work on the horn (within reason of course.)

You probably will need all the things you have listed, and maybe more. But that's why you take the horn to a pro. He/she will make the correct repairs for your horn. Also be prepared to spend some money. My repairs were $450.00. This did include some major dent work, a hole in the fourth valve slide, plus all the valve work, bath, etc. But the end result was well worth the expense---the horn plays beautifully.

Best of luck.
