I know that they make the L-lysine pills you can take. It's an amino acid supplement, and I'm not sure, but I think the recommended dosage is two tablets every few hours or so. If you take five tablets instead of the recommended two(don't worry about overdosing...they're amino acids and can't hurt you) you should see faster results. Try looking it up on a general search if you want a little more info on them. You should be able to pick them up at your local walmart. Good luck on your auditions.
