When one says "over the shoulder" tuba I think of the old civil war era horn, as in the bell goes backward over the shoulder. If that is what you are looking for I don't think you will find any too cheap. If you mean a convertible style marching tuba, you may have trouble finding some of those too, since not many people actually own them privately, and usually selling old schgool equipment is a paperwork nightmare. Check with Taylor Music in North (or south?) Dakota. They do a lot of trading of equipment. Do a search on the web and you should be able to find it.
