Haven't heard anything about Shingbao TUBAS, but I've seen a few of their euphoniums up for auction on Ebay. The general consensus on the euphoniums were that they were junk and to stay away. I've been around tubas for quite awhile and thought I knew all of the brands until this Shingbao thing came around. You may be better off dumping it on Ebay while it's still in new condition, rather than later when it's not worth anything.
