Others have suggested a value of $350-600, depending on condition, I think that's pretty much the going range for Eb sousaphones with three valves, unless they are pristine with original case and have obviously lived in the case and been taken care of.
Most of the Eb sousas that come up are not Kings. Bill Bell was a real enthusiast for the King Eb sousaphone and used a 4 valve version for much of his band work. The King literature from the late '20s and early '30s has a number of Bell testimonials to King eefers.
