Lucinda Lawrence works in the Band Dept. at the Univ. of Ill. I can ask her about availablity of the piece if you would like. The solo is called "Piece for Tuba and Piano". Hal Leonard Pub. Corp. 1976. It was part of a Master Solos, Intermediate Level collection.
