Try a Mirafone or Tuba Exchange "Rose" model. The TE "Rose" is basically a copy of the Mirafone 'Rose Orchestral.' Dillons Music had some of these that they were selling on eBay, going for about $45. You might want to give Dillon's Music a call to see if they have any left to sell (Matt Walters will know what the inventory remaining is right now). Heck, for $45 or $50 it is at least worth trying, as many tuba mouthpieces are in the $100 and up range. N.B.: It does have the larger shank to fit the recievers being placed on many European horns. I switched to a Rose for my Kalison after using a Helleburg and Helleburg II. The Rose isn't the greatest high-range tool, but it is great in the lower register and I have found to help with intonation greatly.
