The valveset that Matt showed me (already mounted on one of his most expensive and best-playing CC Frankentubas) was new and custom-made by U.M.I.
Perhaps needlessly unsaid, but the short-action 20K sousaphone as been back in production (now in Ohio) for several years, now.
