Florida has bred some great tuba players. Some that come to mind include Chris Olka, Jacomo Bairos, Sam Pilafian, and Ryan Scott. Soon, Chester Schmitz may be joining the elite down in the sunshine state. Will we see him running through urban streets on a cold night in November wearing nothing but a diaper, a bra, and big fuzzy slippers? Could be.
