the 2C was the C2 to the best of my knowledge and it was an Eb/F mouthpiece. It can still be bought from Miraphone as a TU09 which is the new number. It has a deep cup for an Eb/F mpc and now has an 8.2 throat and is more a normal throat for all general use mouthpieces.
The 31.7 is a fairly small inner cup diameter.
