I traveled to Northwestern about a month ago. I flew American airlines, and when i arrived at O'hare I open my case, and opened the gig bag that my tuba was in, and the bell was creased rather badly. Upset i went to talk to the AA people, finally after talking to the people here in Nashville, they paid for the damage.
