More or less, it's a rotary valve version of the 45SLP. I played one in Germany. For people that like rotary valves better than pistons, but still want all the playing characteristics of the 45SLP, the SLZ is the ticket! If I remember right, the bell, bottom bow, and top bow are all from the 45SLP. The rest of the horn is made to work with the rotary valve assembly. I have some of these on order, and should have them this summer sometime.
