I managed to adapt the "Wisconsin" set of wheels (sold for those wood cases) permanently and solidly to a plastic case (actually Miraphone) similar to yours.
It was quite a job, and if the family had not recently experienced the loss of a parent, I probably would have begged off.
In summary, it wasn't fun installing heavy duty wheels on a plastic case (the appliance having more durability than the installation surface), but it ended up working out.
