Charlie is not only a fantastic player, he is caring and wonderful teacher as well as a terrific human being. I've sent two students to do their grad work with him AND take master classes from Gene Pokorny AND hear the CSO on a regular basis.
I will also support the previous comments about Eastman and other places - You attend a particular place for the teacher. With Charlie Schuchat, you will not go wrong.
P.S. - Charlie is also a founding member of Asbury Brass Quintet.
