I have had very poor experiences both with Dolly's bags, and with Dolly. The metal linkages she uses on all of the straps are of poor quality. They simply snapped in half one day, and my tuba fell off my back. My bell was damaged with a crease. I received no responses after emailing her several times. Needless to say, she has lost my business. Try the Alteri bags. They are much more padded than the old "sleeping bags." I have had no problems with mine.
