According to my lovely wife, who is a dental hygienist, you are probably pushing into your embouchure too hard. It is common for trumpet players to have "tooth loosening" from too much pressure, but, it suprises her that a tubist would be pushing hard enough to loosen teeth because of the large diameter of the mouthpiece. The actual damage that can be caused from pushing hard into your mouthpiece will show up more in your playing than your dentician. None-the-less, if your teeth are becoming progressively looser, you should go see your dentist, which you should be doing every 6 months anyway.
