Tuba music is written in concert pitch in only a few countries. For example, in England it is written in treble cleff in BBb and Eb making the fingerings the same for each of the instruments. In France there are bass clef parts in CC, BBb, Eb and F. I believe this is also true in Germany. Anyone who knows how to read these parts on their respective instruments also knows how to finger the CC tuba in USA, aside from the use of its 5th valve.
