My teacher Alfredo Melini was the tuba player (a fantastic one) at RAI symphony Orchestra in Milano, told me that Carlton was a very good player; they played together (with Vito Torsiello) the Messa di Requiem (G. Verdi) under the conduction of Claudio Abbado in palasport in milano.
