Hi,

The final euphonium from my collection to be sold has just returned from being serviced and is now for sale. It is a Boosey & Hawkes Sovereign euphonium. Large bore model (967) with 12 inch bell. 4 valves, compensating, silver plated, good condition only two small dings and few scratches(surface only). Comes with case which is the newer Besson moulded plastic type. As above it has just been fully service which included a chem clean and all felts, pads etc replaced. It is a great horn and suprisingly the intonation between the notes is excellent. This euph was hand picked for me by Morgan Griffiths a british brass band euph player. The Boosey & Hawkes Sovereigns are said to be better made than the newer Bessons and it seems to be made of thicker metal than my newer 967. I will try and get some pictures over the easter holiday. Will be listing on ebay in April so if anyone is interested please contact me now. Looking for offers around £1800 (approx $2500).

Thanks,
Jenny
