I'd take the 20K, hands-down. I do not like the wrap of the 2350 at all, or the bruise I get in my ribcage whenever I play one. The only King sousa I've liked was a 1939-vintage King I used to own, which had a wrap much like the old 14K. It had slightly larger tubing branches also, and really played nicely. You have to work to play a Conn 20K, but I think it's worth it. If you can find an old one, they are really nice. I have 20K's from 1942 and 1946, and they can sound like concert tubas.
