I am playing this with the Tulsa Community Band this Spring - a very difficult piece, written in a style that, with the accompaniment, sounds good and is a crowd pleaser.
We own the music - but I'll bet you can get it on loan from the Chatfield Brass Band. They have a humdinger of a free lending library - all you pay is the shipping!
One suggestion - play the e-flat tuba part, rather than the BB-flat: it sounds better in the upper register, even though those high E-flat's are killers!
