due to to the obvious legal implications of obtaining the right to use the melody of "Blackbird" in a musical arrangement I think the composer opted not to sell it, instead giving it away to performers that he admired. Obviously, copies have circulated over time, so your best bet would be to poke around the community and see if someone has one to share.
