When you‘ve had a breakthrough playing a passage that you couldn’t play before, you must play it again and again correctly at least as many times as you played it wrong. Repetition is your friend.

Never say: “that’s good enough” or “that’ll do.” If you said that, then you’re not done with that section or piece. Accepting mediocrity is catalysts of the stereotype that separates us from the other instruments.
