The most "perfect" designs are usually the ones that are most flexible in usage. That is, if one could find one of the Marzan horns that has octaves that line up, then because all slides are easily accesable, then one could yeild perfect intonation.
I myself wish I could find a Marzan like Connie Weldons lying around cheap. (Ha, Ha)
I like Kings, but I know they do not have "perfect" intonation. Usually that lies within the players talents.
