Travis-I have a couple of students who own Musica tubas. In my opinion, you would be better off with a Conn 52J. It does everything well, especially quintets. But I have played them in every situation there is. It's not a huge sound, but it's extremely clear, and that's what people like. Want to buy mine? Check out the post.
