Have a look at the link below. B&S instruments are made in the Markneukirchen factory of Vogtländische Musikinstrumentenfabrik, abbreviated VMI. The VMI factory is owned by JA-Musik, which also owns a bunch of other brands, including Meinl-Weston and Courtois. Follow the links to the company websites. As to comparisons between the VMI Culbertson Neptune and the B&S PT-7, others who have studied both will have to answer. But they are made in the same factory for sure.
