The Martnon Nielsen 4th AND the Gould Nielsen 2nd were both issued on the RCA Classical Navigator series, along with Gould conducting the Ives 1st Sym and along with the Variations on America. I got mine in Chicago at the old Rose Records on Wabash. Have never seen it elsewhere.
The entire Barenboim Bruckner Cycle was issued on CD and I have it. You might find it used someplace or another.
