Sure.1st thing is the Sam and Pat breathing gym. 2nd Sam's mouthpiece warm-up during which I go beyond the upper range published by incorporating smaller mouthpieces , using a trombone mpc to extend 1 octave , and when I'm inclined , a trpt mpc to add another octave.( I use various lenghths of clear tubing attached to mpc to provide resistance rather than a berp) The essential device for me is the mpc rim which helps to identify dead or unfocused notes. Then the John Stevens warmup on big horn. Then right to the Arban stuff on euph.:
p.21#15,#19
p23#26
p24#32
p25#36
27#48;28#47;31#9:33#13,14;35#19;37#24;39#28;42#36;45#2;53#31,32;54#33;57#55;61#69; starting p63, various major scale exercises but taking liberal time to breathe when I need to rather than staying in tempo.; p80#3;84#10;88#27;126 all;135#9;204 1st characteristic study. Then I play the high tuba excerpts confronting me on euph, then on the tuba mouthpiece alone, then on the Ftuba.
