Meinl-Weston makes a rotary Eb tuba; it's on the German version of their web site. The model number is 2040. Dillon's had one in; why don't you check with them? The MW 2040 has four rotary valves, and I understand that there is a five rotary version: 2040/5. This horn looks a lot like their piston (4p, 1r) 2141 Eb tuba.
