It's like the last time they increased the "Child Tax Credit".

It was an advance refund. Then when you fill out the forms, you have to subtract that from what is owed, since they already sent it to you. It also happens with the Advance EIC, where you get a portion of the expected EIC with each paycheck. Again, you deduct that advance for the refund when you file.

Really doesn't matter. Taxes are too high and unfairly distributed. Just drop the whole system. Implement it as a sales tax, so you pay taxes on what you spend, not what you might spend. The more you spend the more you pay. Simple. Fair.

Bush isn't great, but I sure don't like Kerry's plans. Lets punish the sucessful people.
